Comprising five restored heritage properties encompassing a total land area of approximately 2,659 square meters, Flock at Kampung Java is a vibrant arts sandbox for multidisciplinary experimentation. In December 2024, the National Arts Council and Singapore Land Authority awarded the site management to 19sixtyfive, the parent company of 24OWLS. With an experienced and dedicated team at the helm, the revitalised space will nurture Singapore’s creative ecosystem for years to come.

Completed in the early 1950s, it was one of the country’s first power engines before decommissioning in the 1980s.
